temperature guarantee

This guarantee applies to safety mixers (pressure balanced thermostat mixers) in FM Mattsson's 9000 series and Garbo and is valid for five years from the day of purchase.

This means that the water temperature set will be maintained ±1°C during the time of use while the water is running, even if the pressure and temperature in the pipes varies. If the mixer does not fulfil this specifcation we will accept responsibility for repairing the fault.

The mixer must have been fitted and used correctly for this guarantee to be valid. The plumbing must have been installed professionally and comply with current building regulations.

Naturally the guarantee does not apply if the temperature difference is due to a fault in the water heater, to frost damage or if damage and operating faults have been caused by pollution in the water.
